Today we have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Leejam, represented by its CEO Mr. Adnan Alkhalaf and NourNet’s CEO, Eng. Amjad Abdulhafez. The purpose of this MoU is to formalize the terms and conditions to provide Leejam with cloud infrastructure, cyber security, and managed services.

As part of its ambitions to leverage cloud services and achieve robust IT infrastructure, Luberef represented by its President, Eng. Tariq AlNuaim and NourNet represented by its CEO, Eng. Amjad Abdulhafez, have signed an agreement during LEAP2023. This agreement will enable Luberef to migrate its data centers with next generation IT Infrastructure and Managed Cloud Services.

NourNet has achieved its Data Center Operations Standard maturity certification level 3 (DCOS-3) after a thorough certification process by EPI, a worldwide data center expert and certified certification authority. This certification defines the governance, processes and procedures which should be implemented for data center sites to make operational processes as efficient and secure as possible.

We are pleased to announce that NourNet signed an MoU with Nutanix during GITEX to serve the public and enterprise sectors in KSA with next-generation cloud and DR services, a great addition to our multi-cloud model that we have been serving our clients with.

Investcorp, a leading global alternative investment firm, announced that an entity managed by Investcorp has acquired a majority stake in Nour Internet for Communication and Information Technology Company (“NourNet”), one of Saudi Arabia’s largest pure-play providers of connectivity and information and communication technology (“ICT”) services, namely cloud, cybersecurity and managed services.
